Liphard D’Souza received his medical degree from Mysore Medical College in India. He then completed his residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, New York, and underwent fellowship training at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. In practice for more than 20 years, Dr. D’Souza is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Tulsa area, including AllianceHealth Clinton and Hillcrest Medical Center.
Jessica Kearney is a Nurse Practitioner at the Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of OKC. She originally attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas Where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Jessica then pursued her interest in Neurology and began working as a Neurosurgery Operating Room Registered Nurse. She then began working as a Cardiac and Vascular Registered Nurse while completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a subspecialty of Family Practice. Jennifer received her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2012. She comes to NTCO after family practice where she saw neuropathy on a near daily basis. She is excited to treat this debilitating condition in a way that empowers patients and minimizes medication. She also partners with DVIS and Tulsa SANE where she provides health care to victims of sexual and physical abuse. She enjoys exploring National Parks with her husband, connecting with others, and staying active.
