Liphard D’Souza received his medical degree from Mysore Medical College in India. He then completed his residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, New York, and underwent fellowship training at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. In practice for more than 20 years, Dr. D’Souza is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Tulsa area, including AllianceHealth Clinton and Hillcrest Medical Center.
Jennifer Martin received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in 2015. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2012 with her family nurse practitioner. Her specialty areas include family practice and pain management. She also teaches primary care and the capstone courses for Chamberlain University’s master’s nurse practitioner program.
Tiffany Hays earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from South University in 2016, went on to gain her Masters in Nursing from South University in 2018 and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Tiffany joined the Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma team in 2018 and has devoted herself to making sure each patient has exceptional care.
John earned his Masters in Nursing in Science from the University of Oklahoma. He spent several years providing care in a family practice in rural Oklahoma and takes pride in educating patients about their health. John believes with the power of knowledge, his patients can take back control of their health and improve their overall quality of life.
