Board-certified neurologist and pain management specialist Liphard D’Souza, MD, oversees a staff of highly qualified pain-relief experts at Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma in Tulsa. Dr. Liphard D'Souza, MD

Liphard D’Souza received his medical degree from Mysore Medical College in India. He then completed his residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, New York, and underwent fellowship training at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. In practice for more than 20 years, Dr. D’Souza is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Tulsa area, including AllianceHealth Clinton and Hillcrest Medical Center.

Jennifer Wu APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Wu started her career in healthcare in 2013 when she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University. She originally started as an RN in the ICU at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City before branching into other aspects of nursing caring for various types of medical/surgical patients. In 2019 Jen graduated from Maryville University with her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in family medicine. She practiced in primary care before joining NTC in 2021. Jessica Kearney, APRN, FNP-C

Jessica Kearney is a Nurse Practitioner at the Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of OKC. She originally attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas Where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Jessica then pursued her interest in Neurology and began working as a Neurosurgery Operating Room Registered Nurse. She then began working as a Cardiac and Vascular Registered Nurse while completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a subspecialty of Family Practice. Jennifer Blair, APRN, CNP

Jennifer received her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2012. She comes to NTCO after family practice where she saw neuropathy on a near daily basis. She is excited to treat this debilitating condition in a way that empowers patients and minimizes medication. She also partners with DVIS and Tulsa SANE where she provides health care to victims of sexual and physical abuse. She enjoys exploring National Parks with her husband, connecting with others, and staying active.

Stephanie Green, APRN-CNP

Stephanie Green graduated with her nurse practitioner degree as a family nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in 2020. She completed her bachelor degree in Nursing at the University of Colorado in 2012. Her passion lies in educating patients about their health conditions and their care management. She had gained her experience by working in multiple states with many different patient populations and demographics over the past 10 years.
