Board-certified neurologist and pain management specialist Liphard D’Souza, MD, oversees a staff of highly qualified pain-relief experts at Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma in Tulsa. Dr. Liphard D'Souza, MD
Liphard D’Souza received his medical degree from Mysore Medical College in India. He then completed his residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, New York, and underwent fellowship training at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. In practice for more than 20 years, Dr. D’Souza is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Tulsa area, including AllianceHealth Clinton and Hillcrest Medical Center.
Jennifer Martin, DNP, APRN, CNP
Jennifer Martin received her doctor of nursing practice from Chamberlain University in 2015. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2012 with her family nurse practitioner. Her specialty areas include family practice and pain management. She also teaches primary care and the capstone courses for Chamberlain University’s master’s nurse practitioner program.
Tiffany Hays, NP
Tiffany Hays earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from South University in 2016, went on to gain her Masters in Nursing from South University in 2018 and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Tiffany joined the Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma team in 2018 and has devoted herself to making sure each patient has exceptional care.
