Mental and physical health can be almost like the chicken or the egg, which comes first? They are so interrelated that it’s hard to tell if the physical challenge worsens the mental state or the mental state furthers the physical challenge. Are you in so much pain that you have trouble doing anything, or does your poor outlook on life cause you to stay in bed and not do the exercises needed to stop the pain? Either way, how do you break that cycle?

HOPE

Even just a small sliver of hope can propel someone to do something out of the ordinary – push you out of the mundane. Chronic pain due to symptoms of Neuropathy can easily take us to a place of depression. It might be because you can’t do your favorite activity anymore. You might be using a cane or wheelchair to get around and things are just harder to do, so why try? Or your friends are off on vacations you can’t imagine being able to do with how you are feeling. The spiral downward can feel unending.

Doctor after doctor might have told you that the only thing you can do to combat the pain is with surgery or narcotics. But that is not true. Nerve Regenerating Therapy (NRT) at Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma WORKS! We use a nonsurgical therapy that combines injections with a Pharmaceutical Grade Nutrient Blend with electrical cell signaling. 87% of patients feel significant relief from pain associated with symptoms of neuropathy. Plus, there are no side effects! NRT helps enhance the healing process by increasing available oxygen and blood flow, boosting second messenger molecules responsible for regenerating tissue, and promoting anti-inflammatory responses.

Hope for your future starts today when you call NTCO at 918-921-8160. Let us help you battle chronic pain so you can live the life you deserve again.

Every individual can feel symptoms of neuropathy in various ways. That’s why at Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma, we strive to get down to the bottom of what exactly YOU are feeling to determine the treatment and guidance needed to change the trajectory of your life.

The first time you feel symptoms of neuropathy, you might feel some tingling in your hands, arms, legs, or feet. These initial pains can increase into more of a burning sensation or numbness as symptoms get worse. As the condition progresses, you might develop muscle weakness or coordination problems. You also might have a sensitivity to touch. The types of symptoms you feel depends on which nerve or nerves are affected.

Whether you have a physical injury that effects one nerve that is causing you trouble, or a condition that effects many nerves, like cancer, diabetes, or nutritional deficiencies, treatment at Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma can help reduce pain associated with neuropathy.

The treatment plan may include Nerve Regenerating Therapy (NRT), a non-surgical treatment, during which our medical team injects a Pharmaceutical Grade Nutrient Blend to decrease inflammation and pain. Then, they apply carefully controlled electrical signals to the affected region which targets and helps soothe the damaged nerves. It’s essentially painless other than a slight pinch with the injection and takes just a few minutes to perform. 87% of patients who undergo the therapy feel a reduction in pain. This treatment could eliminate the need for pain medication and restore your mobility and overall function.

Call Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma for a consultation to see how you can be PAIN FREE again. There’s no reason to wait. If you feel these symptoms, don’t let them get worse before making a change – do something about it today and live the rest of your life without pain.

Consistent, heavy drinking can do more than impair your judgement and give you a nasty hangover. In fact, excessive alcohol consumption is one of the leading causes of neuropathy. Alcoholic neuropathy occurs when there is a more consistent presence of alcohol in your body and, therefore, damages nerve tissues in the peripheral nervous system. This damage doesn’t occur all at once, but rather slowly over time. Because of this, it might be hard to pinpoint when your symptoms truly began.

There are a few key symptoms to look for if you think you could be suffering from alcoholic neuropathy:

  • Pain in your extremities (especially your feet)
  • Numbness and tingling in your extremities
  • Weak muscles causing cramping, spasms, or aching
  • Impotence
  • Change in your ability to talk or swallow
  • Problems when urinating or with your bladder
  • Bowel function issues
  • Inability to tolerate high temperatures
  • Chronic vitamin B deficiency that can lead to serious changes in normal muscle and eye function (Wernicke encephalopathy)

By reducing or eliminating the amount of alcohol in your system, you can stop the progression of these symptoms and keep your nerves from having permanent damage. In addition, treatment at Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma can help reduce symptoms of neuropathy. With Nerve Regenerating Therapy, 87% of patients experience a significant improvement in symptoms, if not complete relief. Additionally, research shows those who have pre and post skin biopsies have increased nerve fiber density and nerve rejuvenation.

Don’t battle these symptoms alone. Our providers at NTCO want to help you find relief from pain and numbness. Call 918-921-8160 to schedule a consultation and find out what steps you can take to have that new lease on life you are searching for.

Get back to life, pain free with Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma.

Diabetes is a disease that impairs the body’s ability to process sugar or glucose, causing the need to take artificial insulin. This occurs when high blood sugar levels cause damage to nerves in your legs and feet. It can also affect nerves associated with your digestive system, heart, blood vessels, and urinary tract.

There are 4 main types of diabetic neuropathy and differing symptoms for each:

Peripheral – prevents normal sensation in the legs and arms.

Autonomic – regulating many different functions of the body.

– Constipation or uncontrolled diarrhea
– Slow stomach emptying
– Difficulty swallowing
– Changes in the way your eyes adjust from light to darkness
– Increased heart rate at rest

Radiculoplexus – a motor condition affecting the lumbar region of the body.
– Severe pain in your hips, thighs, or buttocks
– Weak and shrinking thigh muscles
– Difficulty rising from a sitting position
– Abdominal swelling

Mononeuropathy – sudden sever pain in any area of the body.
– Shin or foot
– Lower back or pelvis
– Front of the thigh
– Chest or abdomen

There is a treatment that works to help reduce these symptoms so you can GET BACK TO LIVING! At Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma, we want you to be prepared so that you don’t have to deal with those aches and pains that you’ve struggled with for so long now.

Why is it that the best family holidays are in the wintertime — the time of year that neuropathy symptoms can be at their worst due to the colder weather? Blood flow slows down when your body is cold, causing more pain for those that suffer with symptoms of neuropathy. Not only that, the barometric pressure changes as well, causing an intensity to the pressure on your nerves, sending signals to the brain. Also, muscle spasms can increase due to soft tissue becoming firmer and tighter in the cold weather. Fun, fun right?

There are a few things you can do that can help relieve some of these cold weather challenges:

  1. Layer your socks and be sure to wear gloves. Your feet and hands will get the brunt of the cold weather because the blood travels farther to get to them. Keeping them cozy will combat a lot of pain.
  2. When choosing warm drinks, try to avoid caffeine. Caffeine can cause your blood vessels to temporarily narrow, and when your body is already colder, this doesn’t help pain from symptoms of neuropathy.
  3. Keep doing your exercise routine even though you might want to just curl up with a blanket on the couch. You want to keep your body active to increase blood flow during these cold months.
  4. Call Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma at 918-921-8160 and schedule a consultation for treatment that can change your life not only during the cold months, but all year long! Nerve Regenerating Therapy is proven to reduce the pain associated with neuropathy. Plus, we don’t use steroids or prescription medications.

Give yourself the gift of FREEDOM FROM PAIN this holiday season. Call NTCO and get treatment so that the rest of your life can be enjoyed to its fullest! There’s no reason to wait, call 918-921-8160 today.

It’s that time of year again. Cooler weather and an increase of symptoms of Neuropathy. When your body is colder, your blood vessels constrict, making it harder for blood to get to the nerves in your hands and feet. The result is increased pain, making even the simplest mundane things so much more challenging. And no one wants to live with chronic pain, especially during the holiday season with lots of things to be done and events to be attended.

But you don’t have to “make it through” these cold months anymore. With Nerve Regenerating Therapy, 87% of patients see great results at reducing pain, some after only one treatment. That first moment you realize that it doesn’t hurt anymore to do something as simple as slicing an apple makes all the difference in the world. The hope of a LIFE WITHOUT PAIN again is the best kind of hope. Especially when you really want to chase those grand kids around or attend that Thanksgiving play instead of sitting in a chair at home watching life go by.

If you are living with chronic pain due to the symptoms of Neuropathy, call NTCO and schedule a consultation. Our dream is for you to celebrate the season with much less pain than before. We understand what you are going through and want to help you enjoy prepping that Thanksgiving meal, and not have to take pain reducing medication to endure it.

We don’t use steroids or prescription medications, so you don’t have to worry about side effects. Plus, we take Medicare and most insurances! Don’t let this fall and winter take away your freedom because of pain. If you start treatment now, you will begin to feel relief before the real cold weather begins. Call 918-921-8160 to schedule.

NTCO can help you live A LIFE WITHOUT PAIN. Start your new life today!

There was a time when a diagnosis of neuropathy determined the trajectory of one’s life. Once it started, there was nothing to be done except prepare and plan for “when I can’t do this anymore” or “I can’t do that anymore.” Understandably, there is a fear of feeling those symptoms creep into more aspects of your life and that “no” list growing of things you can no longer do anymore. It’s a slippery slope of emotions and fear and growing isolation, watching others do things instead of participating oneself.

This doesn’t have to be your story anymore. There are new treatments that can reverse those symptoms instead of just masking them. And we have that treatment at the Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma! Nerve Regenerating Therapy (NRT) is such an effective way to combat symptoms related to neuropathy. In fact, 87% of cases feel a reduction in symptoms after undergoing treatment.

NRT is an FDA approved system of electric stimulation combined with a Pharmaceutical Grade Nutrient Blend for relief of chronic pain and in most cases, regrowth of healthy nerves.

When you call NTCO, we will first set you up with a consultation where we take a full medical history, testing things like foot pressure and reflexes, to determine if you have large or small nerve fiber damage. We will also review any recent lab work, give you an overview of the treatment program and answer any questions you may have. Then, at a follow up visit after our medical team has assessed your file, we’ll review our findings with you. If you are a qualified candidate, you can start your first treatment session.

Every patient has a different story, and your treatment plan will be customized to your level of pain and extent of nerve damage. We place each patient on a 12-week program where the patient has 2 sessions a week for a total of 24 treatments. Each session lasts about 30-40 minutes and is administered in our clinic. Most patients experience the beginnings of pain relief after the first 1-2 sessions, but it’s important to keep in mind that every patient is unique. ALL our patients report a reduction in pain on the pain scale, usually from 9 or 10 down to 1 or even 0.

This treatment protocol has been the subject of multiple scientific research studies. 87% of patients experience a significant improvement in symptoms if not complete relief. Additionally, research shows those who have pre and post skin biopsies have increased nerve fiber density and nerve rejuvenation. The best news is that the treatment is non-surgical and does not use any prescription oral medications. We also treat the whole body with a wellness approach that will improve your overall health, not just the chronic pain.

We can’t help you until you make the call, so call us now at 918-921-8160! Today is your day – DON’T LET PAIN STOP YOU anymore!
